Labour Party Councillor Patrick Nulty has said that residents in Dublin 15 will be “stunned, shocked and amazed” that the taxpayer is going to have to ‘fork out over €7 million for the permanent school site for Luttrelstown Community College at Kellystown-Porterstown.
